Effective facilitation can make authentic dialogue safer, richer and more impactful. Effective facilitation can accelerate collaborative decision making and offer healing space for individuals and the collective. Effective facilitation can be taught and practiced. 

We are training a community of facilitators, offering them ongoing support in a community of practice, and matching and mentoring them as they step in to a facilitator’s role within their own organizations or groups in need. 

This community will effect positive impact across the movement as measured by reduced damage from conflict, strengthened communities and networks, and electoral and policy-making successes.
